Stage1-Install Drain Tile (20 images)

The first step was to address the water damage issues by installing drain tile to the front of the building. Ed Pelletier and Sons of Madawaska brought in one of their crews in May to correct some water drainage issues along the foundation and at the flag pole. The work they did should eliminate the water issues that were found along the Seventh Avenue side of the building.
