The Sophomore Health class held a cooking lab today as a concluding activity of their nutrition unit taught by Jen Bechard and Tom Gerard. Students were tasked to cook the world's best baked potato and an extreme grilled cheese sandwich. The results were all eaten so there is no surviving evidence, but the lab was filling for all involved. Winners of the grilled cheese contest were Jacob Dube and Austin Dechaine for the boys and Brianne Thibeault and Jill Thibeault for the girls. Joe Walsh was selected as the winner of the baked potato contest. Thank you to Paradis Shop 'n Save of Madawaska for donating the food and also to Steve and Ray Morin for donating the delicious russet baked potatoes.
